Together for St. Stephen's: Alumni Sponsorship Programme

St. Stephen's College has always sought to provide an environment that reflects the values and
standards for which it is known. As we work to preserve this legacy and prepare the College for
the future, several important improvements to our campus and its facilities require immediate
attention.

The College invites its alumni across the world to partner in this endeavour by sponsoring
specific infrastructure and institutional development projects. Every contribution will directly
strengthen the academic and residential environment for present and future generations of
Stephanians.

Priority Projects
Our immediate priorities include:

● Repair and improvement of washrooms
● Essential repairs to campus roads
● Air-conditioning of selected academic and administrative spaces
● Modernisation of the College Café and Mess
● End-to-end digitisation of the College's academic and administrative operations through
the implementation of a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

To ensure complete transparency, accountability, and traceability, alumni are invited to sponsor
specific items from the approved list of projects. Item-wise sponsorship enables every
contribution to be linked to a clearly identified project and ensures that the utilisation of funds
can be monitored and reported with clarity.

For every sponsored project, the College will provide:
● Photographic documentation before, during, and after completion of the work.
● Reports on the utilisation of funds.
● Relevant work-related documentation and completion reports.
● Acknowledgement of sponsors at an appropriate location on campus, should they wish
to be recognised.
Detailed project specifications and item-wise cost estimates are available for alumni who wish to
examine them before extending their support.

Ways to Contribute
Alumni may choose to:
● Sponsor an entire project.
● Sponsor one or more individual items.
● Join with fellow Stephanians to support a larger initiative.

While making the contribution, donors are requested to clearly indicate the project or item they
wish to sponsor.
