Note:
The candidates should report half an hour before
scheduled time at the venue for trials and sign the attendance slip.
Verification of sports certificate for selected candidate will be on
Friday, the 24th June 2011, at 10.00 a.m. in Sports
Office (Dept. of Physical Education). The list of sports person who
are short listed for sports interview will appear on sports notice
board on Monday, the 27th June 2011 at 12.00 Noon. The
interview will start from 08.00 a.m. onwards on Tuesday, the 28th
June 2011.
INSTRUCTIONS TO THE APPLICANTS

1. |
Candidates should fill up the separate sports
form (Read the guidelines for
Sports Admission carefully attached with Sports Form). |

2. |
The applicants are required to report to the
undersigned at the relevant game, venue and
sign the attendance at least half an hour before
the scheduled time of Trials. |
|
3. |
Those Candidates who have not reported in
time will not be allowed to participate, especially after
the trials begun. |
|
4. |
Applicants should bring College form/Sports
form acknowledgement slip at the time of Trials. |
|
5. |
Applicants should reach at the relevant games
venue in proper kit. The College will provide only
the ball, shuttle cock, target papers
(Basketball, Tennis Ball,
Squash Racquet Ball, Cricket Ball, Table Tennis Ball etc.)
The remaining equipments should be brought by the applicants
themselves, one is advised to bring extra Rifle, Pistol,
Cricket Bat / Racquets for tennis / squash / Badminton in
case strings / guts give way. Shooters
are hereby asked to bring their own pellets of their choice.
Trial will not be postponed
for any reason whatsoever. |

6. |
The applicants should take care of their
belongings themselves at the Trial venues. The College shall
not be responsible for any
loss/damage / theft. |
|
7. |
The applicants indulging in any kind of
indiscipline may be disqualified by the Sports Committee. |
|
8. |
Parents, Guardians of the applicants are
advised not to disturb the Trials officials or the Committee
Members during Trials. |
|
9. |
Verification of sports certificate for
selected candidates will be put-up on the
website later. |
|
10. |
The list of candidates short listed on the
basis of Trials for Interview shall be displayed on Monday,
the 27th June 2011 on the
College website and Sports office Notice Boards. |

11. |
For
Shooting Trials, I.S.S.F. Shooters whose score in the
National Shooting Championship minimum of
90% in Air Rifle and 85% in Air Pistol will be
permitted. |
Note: All those participating in the Trials are informed that
they do so at their own risk and responsibility. The College shall
not be responsible for any injury etc. sustained during these
Trials.
Saving Clause:
For any matter, not covered by any Rule /
Regulation, the decision of the college authority shall be a
binding.
