LIFE SKILLS TRANSFORMATION WORKSHOP FOR PARENTS

“Child is the Father of Man”

“Behaviour is the reflection of Grooming”

A student enters an entirely new world when s/he joins a college. Life unfurls in full bloom as the adolescent recognizes the immense strength and passion of youth. Intense pressure of learning and skill building to face the rough and tumble of the future will have to be balanced with the need to deal with adventurous, emotional, idealistic zeal of Youth. To fail to strike this balance may either wreck the person or let them brood for life. It is also the moment when some of the most important life changing decisions are to be made.  It is essential therefore that we prepare our children to face the challenges.

The Chapel Society, St. Stephen’s College, Delhi-7 introduces a one-day workshop for parents on “PARENTAL SKILLS FOR MENTORING ADOLESCENTS TO ADULTHOOD”.  This workshop consists of four modules specifically designed to offer a comprehensive study of College students and how PARENTS can help them to adjust towards the new circumstances.  All junior members are therefore requested to invite their parents for this interactive workshop cum seminar.
