About The Course

This unique online program brings together all that is needed for an entrepreneur to establish and successfully run an international business. The program brings together expertise on Entrepreneurship from the different sectors that are integral to setting up a business. Needless to say, the commitment to academic excellence, a hallmark of St. Stephen’s College, is the distinguishing feature of this program. The course will focus on Legal Aspects of Setting up a Business, Supply Chain Management, Successful Business Models, Understanding Foreign Exchange, and understanding International Trade.

The program is focused on giving the candidates an overall perspective of establishing and running business models from our expert faculty and practitioners joining us from across the globe. Based on this, candidates will learn to design, launch and scale up successful entrepreneur ventures and develop business models.

The program will provide ample opportunities for peer learning, promoting dialogues and discussion apart from connecting with the alumni of the St. Stephen’s Centre for Advanced Learning (SCAL) who venture with different organisations and different business models.

 

Entry Requirements

Undergraduate/Postgraduate/working professionals are welcome. There is no restriction on the academic discipline the applicant comes from.

Students admitted to the programme would normally have some relevant work experience. However, applicants with little working experience, an internship, for example, are also welcome to apply.

 

Assessing Your Application

Your application will be considered looking at your overall academic merit, your interest in the course and your overall work experience.

 

Program Structure

This is an online program being offered by St. Stephen’s College, Delhi through the St. Stephen’s Centre for Advanced Learning. Each session will comprise a 90 mins lecture followed by a Q&A session.

 

Assessment

In course assessment will be based on course participation, interaction and a 3000-5000 word-long assignment.
On successful completion of the course, the student will be presented with a Certificate from the St. Stephen’s Centre for Advanced Learning.

Fees

A highly subsidised course free of INR 5,000/- inclusive all of tax and costs.

Fees once paid is non refundable.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for final interview and the selected candidates will be sent an offer letter.

The self-motivated and ceaseless activities of over two dozen clubs and societies constitute a very important part of College life and offer a large variety of avenues for self expression. For each subject there is a Society that sponsors extra-curricular lectures and discussion and, in general, tries to stimulate interest in the subject. There are many other academic and cultural society and clubs covering wide range of activities, such as debating, dramatics, mountaineering, film and music appreciation, social service, photography and electronics.
