CAUTION ADVISED

ATTENTION

St Stephen’s College wishes to categorically state that the institution does not encourage politics on its campus neither does it recognize any political body - local, national or international among the College community.

In keeping with the established tradition of College, the pursuit of intellectual knowledge, academic interest and enquiry are permitted and encouraged but the College does not endorse, recognize, support or encourage ANY political party or agenda on its campus.

A section of the Press/ Media has chosen to selectively interpret and report the communication of the Principal and I am deeply saddened by the divisive, mischievous and irresponsible nature of such media reports. Common sense and propriety demand that every communication be treated in its entirety, paying full attention to the context in which it is made.

Selective versions, truncated reports and modified communications may be read and treated with caution. The general public and all concerned are cautioned to use the College website and notices published therein as the ONLY authentic and official communication of the College.

There are many other academic and cultural society and clubs covering wide range of activities, such as debating, dramatics, mountaineering, film and music appreciation, social service, photography and electronics.
