EXTENSION NOTICE 

 

Additional Empanelment of Contractors

In supersession to our notice dated 28 August 2020, the deadline for applications from reputed contractors for empanelment for civil, electrical and plumbing works for repair, renovation and additional constructions projects at St. Stephen’s College, Delhi is hereby extended by 15 (fifteen) days. Contractors who have done similar projects may apply along with list of running and completed projects for the last four years with documentary proof. Applicants should enclose a copy of their Pan card, G.S.T. number, Registration certificate with PF, ESI, details of registration with labour department along with Income Tax clearance certificate, Bank statement etc. latest by 5pm on 23 September 2020. The shortlisting for empanelment will be based on the following:

1.    Credentials provided by the Applicant

2.    Preference will be given to those who have undertaken heritage projects.

Please note that all projects will be awarded to contractors who are empanelled through this procedure. The College reserves the right to consider or reject an application, and the decision of the College shall be final in this regard.

Applications may be submitted to St. Stephen’s College Car Parking Gate on the University Road.

 

Please note the contractors who are already empaneled with the College need not to apply again.
