ATTENTION

UG BATCHES OF 2020 & 2021

 

The College has decided to support the request for a Convocation from representatives from the 2020 & 2021 batches and the same has been fixed for 28th October 2023.
Accordingly, Mr Manveer Titus, Mr. Yash Vardhan, Mr. Anugrah Brij, Ms Sanjukta Das and Mr. Diptarka Datta have been authorized by the Principal to co-ordinate and undertake necessary efforts towards the conduct of the ceremonies. Junior Members belonging to the two above-mentioned batches may please co-ordinate their efforts through the representatives to make the event a successful and memorable one.
College will support all efforts towards this event and the SUS Staff Advisor Mr Sanjay Rao Ayde and the current SUS team will offer necessary advice and support respectively. Both events will be conducted in the College for which the necessary location requirements are being identified and blocked for use.
All Junior Members of the two batches are encouraged to participate as there will not be another such ceremony for these two batches.
All communication with regard to the Convocation shall take place via the Gmail account created specifically for this purpose – convocation20202021@gmail.com

The self-motivated and ceaseless activities of over two dozen clubs and societies constitute a very important part of College life and offer a large variety of avenues for self expression. For each subject there is a Society that sponsors extra-curricular lectures and discussion and, in general, tries to stimulate interest in the subject. There are many other academic and cultural society and clubs covering wide range of activities, such as debating, dramatics, mountaineering, film and music appreciation, social service, photography and electronics.
