Subject: Quotation for purchase of new lab equipment’s/instruments

Sealed Quotations are invited for the following equipment’s/instruments for the physics lab of St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, Delhi- 110007.
Interested manufacturer/dealers/suppliers/vendor should provide the quotations bid for the same.
The quotation should reach the undersigned on or before 12th February 2020 by 5 P.M.
Price negotiations (if required) will be done only with the lowest bidder.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Quotation should be directly from Original Manufacturer or Authorized Sales Agent or Reliable Dealer/vendor.
2. Original brochures (or certified copy) and specification sheets must be enclosed along with supporting data. (Only for item 1)
3. Our Quotation no. & date should invariably be marked on the top of the envelope containing the technical/financial bids, as well as on the outer envelope.
4. Prices of the quoted model should be CIP/CIF Delhi and include all taxes, delivery, installation and other charges.
5. Guarantee or Warranty conditions must be clearly specified.
6. Validity of quotation must be at least 90 days from the last date of submission
of quotation.
7. Any bids received after 05:00PM on 12 February 2020 will not be considered.
8. The quantity for a particular item may increase or decrease above the mentioned numbers or may be cancelled depending upon the rates and the total budget.
9. St. Stephen’s College reserves its right/s to reject or accept wholly or partly the Quotation without assigning any reason/s.
10. The items must be supplied within 4- 6 weeks from the date of purchase order.

(B) Quotation Bid must contain the following:

(i) Prices of the quoted model should be CIF Delhi and include all taxes, delivery, installation and on-site training charges.
(ii) Guarantee or warranty conditions must be clearly specified.
(iii) Validity of quotation must be at least 90 days from the date of quotation.
(iv) Supplier must provide GST number/ TIN number / PAN number as applicable.
