Please read the Admissions Page on the
college website very carefully to see that you satisfy the
minimum requirements for admission. |

The application form must be printed back to
back on an A4 size paper and sent by post to “The Admissions
Office, St. Stephen’s College, Delhi 110007” to reach
latest by
Monday, June 13, 2011.
Post early to avoid postal delays. Applications received
after the last date shall not be entertained. |

3. |
All the columns in the application form must
be filled in. Incomplete forms shall be rejected. Any
wrong or misleading information in the application form will
disqualify the applicant and if already admitted, will lead
to the cancellation of his/her admission. |

4. |
A candidate desirous of applying under both
academic and sports categories must fill in a separate
application form for each category. |

5. |
Each application form must have
the following enclosures: |

(a) |
A demand
draft for Rs. 200/= (Rupees Two Hundred) payable to “
Principal, St. Stephen’s College, Delhi” (This includes
the fee for the application form and processing charges)

(b) |
Candidates from foreign
boards should attach equivalence certificate, Grade
certificate etc. |

No other certificates are to be attached at
this stage |

Those who wish to avail of On-Campus
Residential Facilities must, in addition to the above,
should fill and download the Residence Form and submit it with a demand
draft of Rs. 100/= (Rupees One Hundred) payable to
“Principal, St. Stephen’s College Delhi.” In case you
are applying for more than one course a photocopy of the
Residence form with a photocopy of the demand draft must be
attached with each Admission Form. |

Those who wish to apply under the sports
category must, in addition to the above,
should fill and download the Sports
Form and submit the same with a demand draft of Rs. 50/=
(Rupees Fifty) per game payable to “Principal, St. Stephen’s
College, Delhi.” In case you are applying for more than one
course, a photocopy of the Sports Form/s with a photocopy of
the demand draft must be attached with each Admission Form.
A consolidated DD covering all payment will be
preferred. |

of downloaded applications forms.

The steps involved in filling in details
of downloaded and online applications are similar up to
the point of mode of payment.

Fill in all the appropriate details
required in the specified fields

In case you want to apply under the
sports category and/or also for Residence you will be
directed to the appropriate pages. Enter all the
essential details and follow instructions given in each
page.

Choose your mode of payment ie. either
online payment or payment by Demand Draft.

Those opting for Online Payment
(by Credit/Debit Card) will be directed to the payment
gateway for making necessary payments. After successful
completion of payment an acknowledgement will be
generated with Registration No. which can be printed.
Candidates are required to bring the printout of this
acknowledgement if called for interview.

Those opting for payment through
Demand Draft should take a print out of the
form(s), fill in the DD details, affix a photograph and
mail it to Admission Office, St. Stephen’s College,
Delhi 110007. After scrutinising the forms thus
received, an acknowledgement will be generated and
posted on the College website. Candidates are required
to bring the printout of this acknowledgement if called
for interview.
In both the cases a registration number is
generated. Please refer to this number for all future
correspondence/query in connection with admissions
